- Partner with respective stakeholders and design and implement specific reward / reward-linked products e.g. Shares compensation-, including share grant, vesting and dividends
- Establish and manage the Rewards Analytics area for periodic analysis of data to arrive at key insights for superior reward performance and delivery
- Partner with Circles Corporate Resourcing team to ensure Hiring Right
- Executive Compensation management for VIL’s Top and Senior Management as well as centrally managed talent (MTs, CAs, Btechs)
- Partner with International Mobility and Reward teams ( for Rewards Management for Vodafone’s International Assignees
