Analyst - Compensation & Benefits - BFSI (1-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- End to end management and administration of Employee Co-Investment Portal (ECIP) facilitating employee co-investment in the company's product (an extensive training and guidance will be provided)

- Management and analysis of compensation data using a variety of systems (Cascade, EWM, Anaplan etc)

- Assist employees with IT queries and issues with accessing and navigating the HR information systems

- Coordinate with and assist employees in KYC checks and related documentation and administrative requirements

- Assist with preparation and processing of ongoing tax and regulatory filings

- Summarize information from HR information systems and prepare time to time analytical and data driven reports and dashboards for the senior management and other ad-hoc reports as requested

- Maintain and update registers, and other related HR databases on a regular basis

- Prepare headcount reports using the HR databases and respond to auditors- queries

- Collaborate with the team to meet all transaction related deadlines, new awards, distributions, forfeitures, etc. in relation to long-term incentive programs

- Liaise and coordinate on a regular basis with the broader Human Resources Compensation and Benefits team, 3rd party outsourced vendors and employee participants across the various benefit and incentive programs

Qualifications and Characteristics-

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across global offices

- Global mindset with the ability to collaborate and work with teams across different geographies

- Must be familiar with various HR information systems with the ability to adapt to new technologies and having experience in building and exporting analytics using technology platforms.

- Sound MS-Excel and other MS-Office tools skills, and the ability to distil and draw meaningful trends and analytics from large quantities of data

- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records and company information

- High level of focus on work quality, accuracy and attention to detail

- Previous experience in a compensation and benefits role or a finance role would be preferred

Master's Degree in HR / Finance or a Bachelor's degree with relevant prior experience
