Analyst - Capital Markets - Real Estate - CA

The Role :

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and providing financial guidance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

- Provide financial guidance to the organization, including recommendations for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

- Conduct research and analysis on financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.

- Collaborate with other departments under the company to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of financial reports.

- Develop and maintain financial models and other analytical tools to support decision making.

- Participate in special projects as assigned.

- Preparation of information docket Information Memorandum, Financial Models

- Assist the business line heads in transaction and structuring of deals.

- Create business strategies for key clients.

- Conduct secondary research as a part of transaction advisory assignments.

- Co-ordinate and work with various City Leads on transactions

Skills Required :

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and modelling

Qualifications & Experience :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) first attempt - Mandatory

- MBA from Tier 1 & 2 Business Schools

- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting

- Hands on experience in Real Estate Capital Markets transactions is preferred.
