Analyst - Business Modeling

One of the leading management consulting firm is looking to hire for Analyst position within their Chennai based arm. The work experience they require is 1-3 years.

Crux of the role :

- The Analysts would be responsible creating business/ spreadsheet models using Excel and VBA. There are 6 open positions.

- Experience developing excel/ spreadsheet models or dashboards

- Hands on experience working on tools like Excel and VBA

Experience :

- Across different domains

- Financial modeling

- Data Analytics projects within procurement function

Specifically, he/she will be expected to perform the following roles :

Work directly with consulting team and clients in building business optimization/scenario models and tools in Excel VBA/Access,specifically :

- Understand the business question and generate solution options

- Interact with clients and consultants to gather data, problem solve, deploy solutions and conduct training

- Build and Iteratively refine the models in a continuously evolving and time constrained environment

- Play a thought partner role in team problem solving sessions

- Generate insights and recommendations based upon the analysis

- Provide guidance and leadership to teams on analytics projects.

- Actively participate in building team's knowledge and capability development.
