A Global Bank is looking for a few Analyst to be part of its Business Management &amp; Strategy team, these teams are aligned to the Bank's various business lines for example - Sales, Structuring &amp; Research; Alternate Capital, Securities Divisions etc. The team plays a strategic role in delivering the critical business agenda, they work extensively with Key Business Heads to drive their strategy, execute the business plans and run the floor. They are the face of business for the various Corporate Functions and are responsible for implementing the business policies. The Team works as an internal consultant to deliver innovative and business- changing recommendations that form the core of revenue/ product verticals globally. The team provides exhaustive analysis on business performance spanning across Sales, Trading and Finance and acts an integral part of the global management and strategy group. The team helps different business unit heads across all markets by providing relevant information about their businesses, which in turn facilitates effective decision making and fosters growth. The broad range of responsibilities offer candidates an opportunity to understand the Global Market business more closely and along with comprehensive training provide broad exposure and access to a first class network aiding career advancement. We have an analyst role aligned to the following business lines 1 Macro Research - The individual would primarily cover Macro Research business besides working closely with other Sales, Structuring &amp; Research Business Managers globally. Key Responsibilities: A - Owning &amp; Driving business management activities for Macro Research &amp; Structuring. B - Modernize distribution of global macro research C - Strategic Business Analysis, Management Presentations 2. Global Market - Global Market Division help institutional clients, including fund managers, financial service providers and large corporations, buy and sell financial instruments on exchanges/over the counter around the world. Key Responsibilities A - Responsible for generation, distribution and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual reports. B - Analyze variances and trends underlying revenues &amp; expenses to provide the business with regular updates through reports supported by well documented commentaries C - Work closely with trading/ sales / finance leadership during Global Market division town halls - assist with presentations /performance analysis / future strategy D - Initiate and drive the global budgeting / forecasting process by actively engaging and interacting with the business partners E - Play a key role in global initiatives to drive and streamline business critical projects Criteria: - Good project management skills - planning, coordination/ execution, senior management reporting - Experience in financial services industry, preferably in an analytical function - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of Essbase /Statistical tools is preferred
