Analyst - Business Insights - FinTech

We are looking for a Business Analytics & Insight Specialist for US based fintech company, for Bangalore.

Exp : 5 - 10 Years

Technical Skills :

- Degree in relevant area (Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management)

- 3-7 years experience as a Operations Analyst/BI and Data Analyst from a global company - Must

Strong Excel knowledge & Skills - Must

- Strong knowledge in working with information systems - run reports, define required reports - Must

- Vast experience with BI tools, (With emphasis on DOMO and Power BI) - Must

- SFDC Reporting experience- Advantage

- VBA experience - Advantage

- SQL Knowledge - Advantage

- Team player, knows and likes to work in a team

- Experience and knowledge around Business Performance Metrics, Business Operations, Business Processes

- Experienced and knowledgeable around Interfaces and contact point between department in a global company

- Self-learning skills, eager to learn and capable of working in a changing environment

- Experience in working with Mid to High Management level

- Strong sense of urgency and details oriented

- Action driven without compromising quality due to speed

Activities as part of the role :

- Design Reports and BI Dashboards

- Implementing New Reporting requirements

- Implementing Reporting Change requests and participate in Central Operations initiatives from reporting perspective

- Generating and distributing Reports to all level of users -employees up to GSLT

- Provide data analysis services on a predefined set of reports

- Data verification and data quality checks on all systems in GS

- Participate in implementing Reporting Methods and aspects on a new PSA (Professional Services Automations) System
