5+ years of professional experience with over 2 years of experience in project / change management experience in business process

Highly collaborative, team-oriented and strong consensus builder

Comfortable leading project working groups and possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral

Strong analytical skills including process analysis.

Demonstrate understanding of Operations processes and procedures and an ability to learn quickly. Knowledge of product

Great organization skills - ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and make decision

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint

MBA / relevant change management certifications like PRINCE, PMI, PMP would be a plus
