What we are looking for:
Proficient professionals with experience in one or more of the following :
- 2-4 years' experience in financial services or high-volume transaction processing experience preferred, good knowledge in MS-Office skills
- Operations background in financial services/high volume transaction processing with people management experience
- Good communication and comprehension, numerical ability, problem solving skills, analytical and logical reasoning, and an eye for detail
- Business acceptance test planning, business analysis and research, business process mapping, and the documentation of business requirements
- Data visualization and data analysis, BI market, and upcoming trend
- Knowledge of basic Algorithms, PL/SQL, Oracle Apps/ HRMS/ OAB
- Data Software or Data Languages i.e., Python, SAP, Tableau, Power BI
- Robotic Process Automation, Alteryx
