Analyst - Billing Process Management

Job Purpose:

Note: Looking for Mumbai based candidates with 5-10yrs of experience in BFSI, Billing Processes, Intercompany Billing, Handling Billing databases, Expense Analysis, Budget Cycle, Cost Calculation.

- The Data Centre Billing Analyst is responsible maintaining the Data Centre Billing Process. This involves working closely with both the Data Centre Operations Managers, Finance, and Business Units. The Analyst is responsible for billing process, identifying issues within the billing process, and providing solutions to these issues. A key role in this is to maintain the billing databases and billing calculation tools. This is a vital role in ensuring monthly billing can be processed.

- The Analyst is also responsible for supporting the implementation of global billing processes and tools. This entails interacting with peers with in Global Finance to achieve Best In Class performance.

- In addition the Analyst will support the Regional Product Card Manager during budget cycle and also the implementation of new products or services for the Technology Infrastructure Business.

Job Background/context:

This Department is responsible for management of the financials for different region (expense & recovery management and reporting, budgeting & forecasting).

Roles & Responsibility:

Maintain Data Centre Billing Database. The Database is a vital tool in producing intercompany billing on a monthly and during the budget cycle. Without the database there is a risk to not only monthly billing for management reporting but will impact intercompany billing, creating an audit risk.

Develop Data Centre Billing Processes.

Support Billing Enquires which require in depth analysis, identifying root cause issues and providing solutions to these causes. (Subject Matter Expert who can apply Database knowledge to work on solutions).

Support Expense Management Team with Process, Database (including Budget Input Tool), Mapping issues. (Subject Matter Expert who can apply Database knowledge to work on solutions).

Support the role out of global billing tools (DIGITAL FUEL Rollout, ARMS and PRISM).

Support Product Card Manager during the budget cycle and with the implementation of new Technology
Products for Billing.
