Analyst - BD/Fund Raising - PE Fund

- Looking at people who are currently RM's in the Wealth Management / Private Banking,Or currently with IE Sales keen to move to Private Equity.

- A Leading PE fund is hiring an Analyst/Associate for business development, investor relations and fund raising activities.

Key responsibilities :

- Attend investor meetings and prepare meeting notes

- Manage a database of historical investor interactions and meeting notes

- Create pre-meeting notes (profile of investors, areas of interest, record of past meetings)

- Manage logistics of investor visits to India (across the country and deal with all related logistics)

- Communicate directly with investors regarding their visits to India

- Interact with internal teams (TIO, Finance, Investments, etc) to get information for investor questions

- Work on campaigns to target new investors and schedule meetings for Partners with investors

- Think of innovative ways to do outreach to new and existing investors

- Maintain a database and do research regarding investor activity in India (who is doing what)

- Create and edit presentations and documents

- Travel as required (will vary based on needs)

- Attend industry conference as required (will vary based on needs)

- Over a 2 to 3 year period, this individual has the ability to grow their responsibilities, start to assume ownership of investor relationships, and travel
