Sales Operations Analyst / Associate

AiDash is seeking a talented and data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our global team. You will be responsible for creating insightful reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Power BI to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable reports, and present findings clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using PowerBI to effectively communicate key insights from Salesforce data.

- Collaborate with business users across departments (e. g. Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing, and Client Success) to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports.

- Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and maintain reporting processes and data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Present reports and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

- Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce reporting and data visualization.

- Maintain and ensure data security and integrity within Salesforce.

Requirements:

- Degree in business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum4+ years of experience in Salesforce reporting and data analysis.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce; Salesforce certification preferred.

- Excellent data visualization skills and experience using Power BI 4+ years of experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
