Analyst / Associate - Real Estate Investments

Core Purpose of the Role:

- Preparing and analyzing the financial model, cash flows, identifying risks, opportunities and understanding the real estate space in India

- Analyzing specific company financial statements , performance, peer comparison, industry trends and ratio analysis

- Preparing generic / industry, company specific presentation, pitch books and teasers

- Data Mining and maintaining databases of companies, creating dashboards, MIS and periodic reports

- Work closely with business team on execution of transactions and internal coordination with relevant counter parties

Skills:

- Financial analytical skill with an eye for details and ability to understand clients business

- Well versed with the real estate industry

- Candidate must be proactive and team oriented

- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office and Power point

- Strong client service orientation

- Ability to meet strict deadlines
