Job Description:

- All round real estate investment professional with entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen & solid educational qualifications.

- Developed good understanding of Indian real estate business with good network.

- Working as Investment Advisor & PE investor Skills of public relations, valuation, financial modeling, financial structuring, due diligence, legal documentation, market research.

- Responsible for real estate deal sourcing and executing transactions

Key Deliverables:

- Deal Sourcing & Negotiations

- Market research

- Financial modelling

- Assessing Feasibility & deal structuring

- Coordinating with legal as well as technical team

- Making Investment committee presentation and commercial due diligence report
