Analyst/Associate - Private Credit/Structured Credit

The Analyst/ Associate will be part of the structured credit / private credit team and assist the Fund Manager in overseeing the fund investments, prepare necessary notes, evaluate investment opportunities, prepare presentations and manage day to day affairs of the fund.

Duties/Responsibilities : Part of the Fund Management team to carry out;

- Evaluation of investment opportunities

- Financial analysis

- Prepare presentations, teasers, notes and other collaterals as may be required

- Deal execution / Manage the investment process

- Track portfolio funds and their investee companies

- Research & template

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of debt markets

- Comfortable in analyzing financial statements, business models, preparing and working on financial models

- Efficient in usage of appropriate tools for analyzing and presenting including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc. Experience in using Advanced Excel with Financial modeling experience will be preferred.

- Strong collaboration skills across cultures, work styles and roles

Education and Experience:

- Post graduate (CA/MBA from reputed institute)

- 2 - 5 years of relevant structured debt experience
