Analyst/Associate - Investment Banking Group

Responsibilities :

Work in the Investment Banking Group, reporting to the senior Bankers. Would require to work across entire spectrum of Investment Banking i.e. M&A Advisory, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Advising companies exploring M&A opportunities or raising private equity and structuring the transactions.

- Working closely with promoters / senior management and managing entire deal cycle i.e. from origination to closure.

- Evaluation of various opportunities, industry & company analysis, building financial & valuation models, information memorandum, leading discussions with strategic investors / acquirers / targets, negotiating term sheets, deal structuring and deal closure.

- Assisting top management in deal sourcing by identifying and meeting potential clients

Experience : Looking for people with 1st attempt CA or MBA from tier 1 B Schools and 1-3 year experience

Prior experience in Indian or MNC I-Banks preferred
