Analyst/Associate - Investment Banking

Responsibilities for Investment Banker :

- Conduct research and due diligence investigations to understand the market

- Develop strategies to discover potential investors

- Analyze risk and offer financial advice

- Facilitate M&A

- Prepare reports, models and forecasts

- Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards

Qualifications for Investment Banker :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, economics or related, required

- Certified Financial Adviser certification, required

- Experience with valuation, modeling and financial forecasting
