HRIS-Human Capital Management - HCM Services - HRIS Implementation - Analyst/Associate

Job Summary & Responsibilities :

HCM (Human Capital Management) Services is responsible for designing and managing the firm's core employee data system and HCM service delivery strategy. We provide management and advisory services related to the processes, technologies and vendors that manage the employment and personal data of the Firm's employees. This is a dynamic team with broad responsibilities and interaction with numerous teams around the globe both within and outside HCM. HCM Services implements leading edge HCM technologies to optimize process and operational efficiency.

HCM Services has an open position on a newly formed HCM technology implementation and Service Delivery project team. The Associate would work as part of the implementation team, and should have the associated competencies.

HRIS Implementation / HCM Service Delivery Model Associate

Job Functions and Duties :

- Participate in the process of integrating between business needs and a HR technology solution; work as part of a team to create HR solutions to meet the needs of the organization.

- Become a Subject Matter Expert on current state and future state HR processes, applications, associated data and system integrations

- Support development of an approach to assessing the organization's future state Service Delivery needs based on the solution set

- Support analysis required to determine the scope and staffing requirements an internal shared services center; including but not limited to development of an activity analysis, and accompanying resource model

- Participate in the life-cycle / process of standing up an internal shared services center; including but not limited to: development of detailed process flows, work instructions and desk procedures for all business processes to be owned by the service center.

- Participate in the process of conducting an assessment of the current state HR processes, and technology; document findings, and identify and analyze the impacts of changes on HR processes and technology to downstream (and upstream) systems.

- Participate in the design and development of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word templates and tools to be used in the process design and business requirement gathering phases of a HR technology implementation.

- Participate in the design of future state HR processes; develop and update process flow documents.

- Participate in the HR systems business requirement gathering process; develop and update business requirement documents.

- Participate in the development of test scenarios, and expected results for an HR technology implementation.

- Conduct testing of HR technology, as part of a HR technology implementation; document test results, identify, and manage resolution of test defects.

Basic Qualifications :

- Work Experience : Minimum 2 years work experience in Finance / Banking / Consulting / Information Systems environment. Must be able to deliver results in a high pressure, quick-paced environment.

- Technical Expertise : Knowledge of HR business processes, populations, and data structures supported by technology platform; HR service delivery and operating model transformation, Human Capital outsourcing advisory. Strong MS Excel skills.

- Functional Expertise : Knowledge and understanding of HCM policies, organization and business

- Drive & Motivation : Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently; take necessary action without being asked; work intensely towards challenging goals; persists in the face of obstacles or setbacks. Attention to detail and proven ability to deliver with accuracy and thoroughness.

- Teamwork : Strong ability to develop relationships and partner with clients, colleagues and vendors.

- Communication : Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint). Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization

- Judgment : Thinks ahead, anticipates questions, plans for contingencies; finds alternative solutions when ideal solutions are not possible; accurately analyzes key issues in problems and identifies practical solutions
