Analyst/Associate - Debt Syndication - Banking

Key roles & responsibility:

- Technical Skills - Proficiency with credit analysis, financial modelling, credit memo preparations, due diligence, transaction documentation with external legal counsels, preparation of marketing/syndication documentation.

- Assisting team in undertaking deal evaluation, credit analysis, transaction structuring, execution, and Investments

- Monitoring of Investments and Asset Management: Undertaking portfolio risk reviews and periodic financial updates including covenant monitoring

- Analyzing and preparing financial models, identifying drivers affecting the industry and presenting appropriate recommendations to the investment committee

- Analyzing Financial Statements & CIBIL Reports, Financial, Commercial, Legal and Technical Due Diligence reports

Additional skills required:

- MS PowerPoint, 3rd party information systems (Bloomberg, Dealogic, VCCedge etc).

- Soft skills - Articulate in presentation skills, engaging with external counsels, third party vendors, investors
