Analyst/Associate - Debt/Business Restructuring Advisory Services Provider

Our client is a debt/business restructuring advisory services provider which has operations in Mauritius, UAE, UK in addition to India. Global Headquarters are out of Dubai whereas the parent is based out of Mauritius. Set up in June 2016, the group is promoted by team of seasoned professionals and funded by international investors.

Strategy:

The group focuses on distress corporates. It essentially works as strategic partners for clients that are in distress and works through out the distress, recovery and back to growth cycle. During this cycle the group works across various finance verticals including : Business Restructuring, Capital restructuring, Sale and Purchase of assets/securities, Negotiation with creditors, capital raise, including proprietary investments. The group generally stays away from one off transactional opportunities where client is looking for single transaction as against support and advise across the distress to growth cycle.

Philosophy:

The company was created based on philosophy that there is gap in market due to absence of financial partners who can work with the corporate promoters and management in complete life cycle journey. Based on pool of skill sets and international network of institutions, the team assists the distress corporates in their complete recovery.

Job Requirements:

- The candidate should have completed MBA from a reputed B-School.

- Should have experience in Financial modelling, reports, evaluation, credit analysis, portfolio assessments, M&A transaction experience

- Ideal candidates will be targeted from IB Backoffice, Banks and NBFC's.
