Analyst/Associate - Credit - Bank

Analyst/Associate with a well known global bank

- Client is a Global Bank with offshore unit in Mumbai.

Role specs:

- As deal team member, perform due diligence on newly originated special situations, leverage finance and equity backed loans across EMEA region.

- Fundamental credit analysis including business and industry analysis and financial modelling

- Participating in discussions with borrowers and diligence advisors

- Preparing credit memos and communicating views to seniors in clear and concise manner

- Continuous monitoring of credits under coverage including analysis of quarterly performance

Candidate specs:

- Must be in a similar role with a Rating Agency or a Bank doing corporate credit assessments.

- Must be flexible to work in a India shift [8.30 AM to 5.30 PM ] & UK Shift [1.0 PM - 10.0 PM] Cab facilities shall be provided.

- Open to relocation candidates also; but hybrid work from Mumbai.
