Analyst_Associate - Alternate Investments Fund

Our client is a new economy-focused credit Alternate Investments Fund being set up by ex-bankers with 65+ years of cumulative experience in banking, structured finance, start-up funds, and working across client groups within India and overseas. The fund will look to provide debt solutions that address various dynamic needs of the New Economy for fuelling growth, consolidation, CAPEX, and other alternate structures.

The fund is being set up and expected to go live by end March/ early Apr. Target fund size is 600 crs (300 + 300 greenshoe).

Responsibilities & Qualifications sought:

- CA or MBA (Finance) with atleast 2 years of experience in PE/VC/AIF/IB

- Devise innovative leverage solutions for funds (debt) & their portfolio

- Conduct research and detailed analysis of industry & financial statements to evaluate the credit worthiness of companies

- Prepare financial model & term sheet for risk, compliance & legal teams, credit note, end to end report on project feasibility, etc.

- Engage in end- to-end deal sourcing and execution with tasks such as networking with founder, client interfacing, leveraging credit platforms, liasioning with IB/PE/VC as needed
