Analyst/Assistant Manager - Information Technology Procurement

Role Objective: To manage/monitor Information Technology (IT) business plan, month on month forecast and invoicing. Procurement of IT related request and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Understand Information Technology (IT) procurement/services requirements, support in evaluation options and assist in implementing procurement solutions in coordination with the IT team and other business functions

- Raising purchase order post evaluating vendors/service providers

- Renewal of all annual contracts for IT as per timelines

- Liaise with Finance/Legal/Vendor for timely closure of all commercial agreements

- Raise and get the approval for Capital Expenditure Request (CER) as per process

- Monitor procurement and ensure timely delivery to the business/project

- Regular updates on all pending procurement requests with stakeholders

- Timely processing of vendor/service provider invoices

- Assist in Standard Operating Procedures and appropriate documentation for areas of responsibility

- Assist and mentor executives/contract staff in order to ensure that business objectives are met.

- Liaise with government authorities like STPI / Customs / Excise

- Assist in special projects

- Ensure tracking of Business Plan (Capex & Opex) and actual spends
