Analyst - Asset/Investment Management - Real Estate Private Equity - CA

A leading global private equity firm is looking for Analyst positions within its investments and assets management team.

The firm invests in companies in the real estate, hospitality, entertainment, retail and infra sectors. The firm has a large portfolio in India, and an extremely successful track record of exits.

Key responsibilities and requirements :

- Regular review of sales and construction updates. This will involve site visits, tracking market trends, analysing MIS by obtaining relevant data from relevant finance teams etc.

- Reviewing financials of investee companies/assets (and related reports and other documents)

- Ensuring that all compliance requirements under relevant regulations and statutes are being met, eg requirements under the Companies Act, tax law, audit requirements etc

- Managing/coordinating with service providers

- Managing finance and accounting function for various SPCs

- Compiling regular MIS dashboard, trackers etc for fund's management team

- Overseeing NAV calculation

- Monitoring financial status and reports of investee vehicles

- Preparation of Board Packs and Board Reports

Requirements :

- CA

- Minimum 3 yrs work experience

- Real estate exposure at a real estate investment firm or due diligence/assurance experience at an audit firm will be relevant but is not compulsory
