Analyst - Assessment and Reports

- We are looking for research-oriented, assessment and report writer to join our Executive Search Practice to share actionable intelligence in the form of comprehensive candidate, company or industry reports.

- This is a position that offers significant opportunity to drive impact at the most senior levels within a client organization.

- Analyst - Assessment and Reports, in our Executive Search Practice will conduct assessments, conduct market research, prepare reports and talent mapping to engage with top talent across top Indian business houses, pharmaceutical sector and technology sector.

This role will drive assessments, reports and engagement by :

- Creating meaningful, professional, insightful assessment reports.

- Driving engagement and building relationships with candidates.

- Preparing reports and analysis as required.

- Building talent network, tapping industry sources to develop a strong talent pool.

- Partner with search analysts and associates to provide required reports in timely manner.

A successful candidate will need to exhibit the following qualities :

- Flair for Writing; immaculate English with understanding of professional language.

- Curiosity; a strong desire to learn.

- Articulate; able to convey complex arguments and engage with senior level executives in a polished and professional manner.

- Assured and self-confident; not easily thrown, able to think on your feet.

- Entrepreneurial; can keep up with the fast paced recruiting culture.

- Qualitative Research; the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and quickly learn new spaces.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- Master's degree is a must for freshers.

- Master's degree preferably in business management, organizational psychology or behavioral sciences.
