Analyst - Analytics - BPO/KPO/ITeS

Job Description :

- Implement complete Big Data solutions including data acquisition, storage, transformation, and analysis.

- Support the delivery of ad hoc and customized analytics in support of global internal audits.

- Translate business needs into specific analytical solutions, leveraging our full technology suite.

- Work with business leads in a consultative capacity, supporting value add using big data solutions.

- Communicate technical analytic results to stakeholders, translating how to best generate business value.

- Develop advanced business intelligence dashboards, allowing users to unlock insights across multiple data sources.

- Support strategic ad hoc and special projects as needed, balancing multiple priorities.

Must-Have Skills/Qualification s:

- Degree in Accounting or Finance or Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science,

- A strong willingness to learn SQL and advanced business intelligence tools (i.e., QlikView, QlikSense, PowerBI).

- 2-4 years of relevant Internal Audit experience.

- Strong communication skills and proficiency with the English language.

- Ability to think creatively to solve real world business problems

- Demonstrated analytical thinking capabilities, and an ability to learn new concepts very quickly.

- Ability to work independently and achieve high results in a remote work setting with flexibility to work across time zones

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications :

- Beginner to Intermediate level SQL coding knowledge.

- Experience working with technologies on the Google Cloud Platform.

- Introductory experience working in visualizations tools such as QlikView, QlikSense and / or PowerBI.

- Working knowledge of SAP back-end data tables.

Other Requirements :

- Readiness for domestic and international travel, as and when required.
