Analyst/AM/Manager/Lead Manager - Marketing Analytics - BFSI

Opportunity with Leading MNC Bank for Marketing Analytics Team.

Role- Analyst / AM / Manager / Lead Manager

Location- Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities-

The work would primarily involve the use of customer data and application of statistical tools and techniques to achieve following:

- Developing inferences and insights around customer behavior and profitable growth scenarios

- Design and develop marketing strategies across the customer life cycle from acquisition to attrition management including customer contact management strategies

- Monitor portfolio profitability & other key performance indicators in order to recommend strategies that align with business objectives for profitable growth

- Develop CRM strategy and monitor performance of strategy / campaigns and align with business objectives

- Design and develop strategies across product management, proposition, product offering and pricing

- In-depth analysis of online traffic for the Web, mobile and other channels to make recommendations for improvements in sales, and customer experience.

Required Skill sets:

- Experience of 2-5 years in Analytics domain

- An experience of financial industry is preferred

- The candidate should have a Masters in either Economics/Statistics/Finance/Mathematics /Any other quantitative field or an MBA (with quantitative background)

- Problem solving, Analytical & Logical thinking,

- Hands on with Programming Language: SAS / SQL
