Position - Analyst (Alternative Investment Fund)

Client - NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

- The Analyst will evaluate deals, conduct industry research, analyse and monitor portfolios. The investees are mainly fintech start-ups.

- Monitor the progress of investee companies and prepare investor reports.

- Keep track of information and transactions happening in target spaces and maintain MISs of deal pipelines, invested transactions and industry transactions.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting/financial service industry. Experience in Financial Due Diligence will be an added advantage.

The Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) seeks opportunities to invest in early-stage fintech start-ups. As a SEBI registered AIF, it was launched in 2017. Currently, it has a fund size of about 600-700 crores and its investee companies include Slice, Mobikwik, Moneyview and Servify.
