The incumbent would be a part of D&amp;L function with respect to regional warehousing management, inventory management, Distribution from warehouse to point of sale across North region, forecasting and product placement &amp; transport management. Key Accountabilities : - Exposure of regional domestic logistics with handling of National /Regional Mother Warehouse preferred FMCG/Retail/MLM, - Sound knowledge of warehousing activities like receipt / ISSUE, inventory management team handling - Forecasting, planning and execution based on sales trend - Monitoring of Vehicle utilization, vehicle placement / availability for the region. - Monitoring of KPI 3PL / transporter/ Courier &amp; Carrier &amp; CFA - Daily Monitoring of inventories at the locations &amp; develop monthly Dispatch plan in coordination with demand forecasting, low level and excess with coordination with different stack holder - Knowledge of Warehouse Costing - Monitoring &amp; Control FFIFO, Ageing stock - Batch code / lot code related checking at Regional Mother Warehouse /locations. - Strict adherence of Warehouse &amp; Home Delivery SOP in Regional Mother Warehouse and City Warehouse. - Regular visit to locations for ensuring implementation of SOP, training to warehouse personnel, implementation of policies/activities, audit etc - Ensuring that monthly &amp; annual cycle count activity is carried out as per the schedule/calendar and timely reporting to HO with complete details with 100% physical Vs sys stock accuracy. - Handling of ERP Sys in relation to warehousing activities &amp; timely entries like Adjustments / FOCs in Sys. - Create different MIS/ reports in excel as well as PPT on regular basis - Ensuring Home Delivery Service Level as per the company norms, sound knowledge of express/ courier delivery - Support and develop home delivery expansion plan as per regional objectives. - Ensuring updation of home delivery status in sys. - Support locations for successful completion of all kind of events, in term of availability of products and activation of promo. - Ensuring for agreed days of inventories, SKU wise / warehouse wise for all the handled locations in the region and taking necessary actions wrt such analysis. Minimize slow moving inventory &amp; improve cost of inventory - Ensure disposal of stocks as per the Company's guidelines/SOP - Timely processing of Home delivery, transportation and CFA bills and submission of same to account department for release of payments - Coordination with account department for timely release of payment. - Arranging monthly outstanding bills from carriers/ transporter/ CFA and ensuring reconciliation. - Compliance-working knowledge of compliance PFA/ESI/PF/ Food licence / Shop &amp; Establishment act etc
