1) Ensure regional execution of marketing activities related to brands and categories. Will be responsible for:   a) Product launches, Promotions, Brand awareness events, Merchandising & product displays,   b) Ensuring Customers/ Distributors understand the new product's features and benefits and increasing participation in the launch   c) Deliver merchandising, launch meets and other activation programs around the launch  d) Suggest and executive local initiatives to enhance impact of the launch  2) Deliver against specific region category targets and against specific KPIs such as :   a) Achieve sales target  b) Achieve COI target (profitability)  c) Deliver on strategic initiatives related to marketing and ensure market hygiene in specific category in a region   - Responsible for implementation of national programs.   - Implement bottom up local initiatives for specific geographies in line with the category strategy to achieve category objectives.
