Role within the organisation: - A passionate individual who will lead the online and offline communication with stakeholders to increase brand awareness for Amura. You will act as the brand's voice both for internal and external stakeholders Responsibilities: - Help in growing the brand in the marketplace - Creating insightful brand communication and communication strategy for all brands - Create relevant content while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to further the brand in defined geographies across the various service categories - Establish metrics to measure and keep a tab on the brand performance on a periodic basis - Executing and tracking projects /campaigns end to end - drafting content /article, digital promotion, etc as per requirement - Create strategic insight documents through analysis of business, industry and market trends, competitor's analysis, etc. - Conceptualize and execute PR activities - Test, pilot and implement new programs and integrated marketing campaigns that deliver value to brand Skill Set: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a marketing communication background - Self-starter and ability to collaborate in a matrix structure - Ability to think creatively and innovatively - Sound understanding of the marketing communication process &amp; updated on international best practices - Should think creatively, motivate team members, work cross functionally, organize, plan &amp; prioritize work - Efficient, flexible and versatile team player who works hard, excels in any environment and get consistent result - Mix of proactive and reactive responsibilities, requiring outstanding time-management skills, attention to details and end-to-end process excellence
