The brand is built on passion, innovation and continued dedication, aimed towards building brand loyalty and seamless claims at the lowest cost possible. http://www.amtrustmobilesolutions.asia/ Overall Purpose of the Role : - Oversee all fraud Investigations and ensure timely completion of investigation. - Plan, execute and implement fraud prevention strategies - Identification and reduction of risk throughout the organization Areas of Responsibility : - Develop and implement fraud strategy, policy and initiatives PAN India - To establish and assist proactive fraud prevention mechanism and fraud detection / investigations - Devising an approach focusing on prevention, detection rather than recovery. - Implementation of fraud control procedures and implementation of new deterrents to fraud through investigations and follow up action. - Ensure diligence using fraud prevention tool and initiating and monitoring investigation basis observations from the tool. - Ensure effectiveness in all the processes. - Ensure for all fraud cases across all locations Investigations are conducted without any slippages. - Provide strategic intelligence different teams to enhance performance. - Work with the other control function to strengthen the control framework - Liaise and work with law enforcement agencies, professionals and commercial organizations in this field of expertise. - Participate in strategic meetings. - Liaison and maintenance of effective communication with Police, Government authorities and external fraud investigators to collate and share intelligence as appropriate, and to ensure that Company is kept abreast of the most up to date information/intelligence on every case. - To lead team/self-manage investigations of suspicion of fraudulent, criminal and security activities as reported by stakeholders, providing an independent report for management to assist the disciplinary process and represent company in any related police and court proceedings, if any. - Recommend and follow through on policy changes, wherever required in order to improve the portfolio quality and the quality of application sourcing. Qualification &amp; Experience Required : - Graduate./PostGraduete in any stream - 10 years of experience in Fraud and Risk Management. - In depth understanding of risk management, operational risk and fraud risk management - A technical frame of mind with Customer Service skills - Exposure to Product Support environment - Ability to analyse information, problems, situations, and procedures from an operational perspective - Excellent Communication &amp; Email writing skills - Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Insurance Industry background mandatory Skills &amp; Competencies Required : - Ability to work &amp; adapt to a dynamic environment - Ability to communicate with all areas of the business including other departments and Senior Management. - Professional attitude with the ability to demonstrate high ethical standards - Strong technical knowledge, compliance awareness, and analytical skills - Good organizational and time management skills - Good attention to detail and the ability to spot any anomalies
