Overall Purpose of the Role :
- Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Drafting proper training manual / content to promote our products/services
- Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
Areas of Responsibility :
- Design, develop, and update training material and training aids based on the business and market requirements
- Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly
- Research the market for training programs and recommend suitable training for sales staff
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Coordinate with Sales Trainers and design Training materials
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Identify customers- needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Update website content as needed
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Ability to meet deadlines
Qualification & Experience Required :
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 6 years of experience in delivering sales and product knowledge training for sales staff. MBA preferred
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- At least three years of experience writing for a B2B audience
- Experience using WordPress, Weebly, and/or Joomla! preferred
