- Possessing experience in Market/competitor intelligence (Financial perspective).
- Develop strategy and analyzes different business proposals.
- Research competitor market and analyzes various opportunities and suggests portfolio of response measures.
- Anchors Strategic planning for business verticals, based on the market analytics, research or data and suggest about the suitable business choices.
- Monitor, analyse and measure the industry trends and present the insights.
- Trusted partner for the leadership team of the organization for decision making regarding various business operations / opportunities / markets / segments.
Responsibilities :
- Understand, help define and shape the company's strategy & mission
- Develop long term strategy and analyzes business alignment
- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
- Assist in crafting the right organization design, for strategy execution and the growth trajectory
- Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall business strategy
- Provide support and insights into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
- Thought partner to senior executives in making effective decisions
- Construct forecasts and analytical models
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Strategic Planner, Business consultant
- Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication & presentation (PPT) skills
