Basic KRA and Expectations:

- The candidate must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from financial planning to broad investment and strategic operations. The ideal candidate should also be an expert at handling and overseeing a company's capital investment decisions, and building a team of well-driven individuals. Should be able to maintain Investors relations and activities and transactions related to raising capital to create, develop and acquire a business.Implement financial analysis processes, models, and performance measurements in relation to financial due diligence required to support potential acquisitions, partnerships and/or other strategic initiatives .Successfully Managed the entire domain of Corporate Finance role

- We are looking for a self- starter who can join a fast-paced start up environment. You'll have an opportunity to apply your skills and build, develop, drive the accounting function. You will be aiding to improve the existing accounts process and take it to the next level as we grow, at the same time prepare for financial audits and much more to come.

Job responsibilities:

- Prepare consolidated monthly financial statements and provide summary analysis and management commentary.

- Manage monthly general ledger close.

- Perform general ledger entries, account reconciliations and month-end accruals.

- Post semi-monthly payroll entries and daily bank and credit card transactions.

- Maintain accounting schedules for Revenue, Prepaids, Accruals and Fixed Assets.

- Monitor, manage and forecast cash flow and cash requirements.

- Prepare auditor, tax and compliance support.

- Ensure compliance to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other Federal, State, and local policies.

- Review, maintain, and establish internal controls necessary to produce timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Support departmental projects.

Skills & Experience:

10+ years of public and private accounting experience.

- Understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience preparing financial statements.

- Technology industry accounting and finance experience.

- Technical fluency around revenue recognition and ASC 606.

- Thorough knowledge of applicable Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger accounting process and systems.

- Experience working in a global environment.

- Strong technology skills, including expert level Excel skills, and ability to master and leverage accounting systems and new technology solutions.

- Bachelors/Master's in accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. MBA/CA from top-tier investment banks/consulting firm

- QuickBooks online general ledger experience preferred.

- Big 4 Public Accounting Experience preferred.

- CPA license is a plus.

- International accounting knowledge is a plus.
