The Project Manager will be initially accountable for the execution of the Green field Utilities, Material & People flow . - He will also manage the relationship with the Engineering and General Contractor on site. - This role will directly report to the India Director. - He should be expected to have strong knowledge of Adhesive, Resin, Epoxy. Responsibility : - Project Management - Accountable for the on-time, on-budget and safe execution of the project. - Manage the Project Team and General Contractor on site. - Negotiation with contractors. - Implement and apply appropriate project monitoring tools. - Support project management in contingency and resource planning. - Accountable for creation of project documentation. - Responsible for coordinating activities related to the application for and approval of statutory local authority Planning Approvals required for the project.
