Department: - Senior Manager - Maintenance(HOD) Plant Location - Vadodara Qualification - BE/B.Tech. - Electrical / Electronic(Full time) only no Mechanical Work Experience - 14+ years Job description: - Leadership experience in Automobile Industry or Heavy Fabrication Industry - Hands on experience in Robotics, CNC Machines, Press Shop Machines - Plan and prioritize Maintenance operations to ensure Uptime of machines - Determine manpower needed to cover Maintenance activities - Assign workers and other staff to different maintenance related plans - Knowledge of spare management system - Knowledge of Prepare executive level reports-MIS - Superior skills with MS Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP ERP systems - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues - Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF - Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff - Respond to emergency calls for maintenance - Perform troubleshooting to solve breakdown issues - Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff - Perform administrative tasks as required - Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment - Management experience is preferred Key skills required: - Knowledge of MIG Welding, - Hands-on with CLOOS, IGM, MOTOMAN, ABB Robotic Systems - Knowledge of Press Shop Maintenance (Laser cutting Machines, Press Brakes, Rolling Machine, Drilling, Plasma cutting) - Knowledge of structure or grounds to be maintained, Knowledge of maintenance procedures, Knowledge of systems to be maintained (e.g. Electrical, roofing) - Maintenance of Laser cutting machines, Welding robots, CNC machining center, Fabrication weld shop with EOT cranes & other material handling equipment. - Operation & maintenance of Plant utility. (Electricity / Air / Water / Fuel& Gas) Below criteria's are must- - Maintenance of Laser cutting machines, Welding robots, CNC machining center, Fabrication weld shop with EOT cranes & other material handling equipment. - Operation & maintenance of Plant utility.
