Job Description : - Designing sales & marketing objectives and rolling out schemes & offers for the distribution channel and consumers - Reaching primary, secondary & tertiary value objectives directed towards expanding the width of distribution - Assisting the distributor to view business strategically and making them adopt company's vision of brand building - Conducting a business & product portfolio analysis on regular basis for increasing revenues and attaining focus right on high margin/ strategic products/ new products penetration / new dealers performance - Spearheading the overhaul of customer segmentation, brand positioning and communications strategies that helps the brand to connect more emotively to consumers and increase loyalty - Monitoring the performance of team of Sales Managers across the area for ensuring efficiency in operations and working towards building high potential sales team for aftermarket
