General Manager - Projects - Plan, Scheduling, Controlling, Monitoring & coordinate the entire project activities of a cement plant such as construction, erection and commissioning. - Adhere of project schedule to meet deadlines. - Troubleshooting and identifying issues and resolutions that may affect the time line or budget. - Budget follow-up and control. - Evaluate the construction methods. - Liaoning with Gov. official for clearing environment license. - Monitor the progress on site, including the reception and installation of equipment. - Identify differences and problems with designs. - Develop and implement quality control programs. - Review the meeting with contractors & project staff. - Evaluating Performance Acceptance Test (PAT). - Coordinate with Operation the handover, training and documentations. - Be part of Operational Team assisting in the identification, opportunity study and scope of future projects. - Coordinate with Operation the handover, training and documentations. - Be part of Operational Team assisting in the identification, opportunity study and scope of future projects. - The incumbent must be working in the position of DGM and Project lead for minimum 5 years - The posting location shall be Umplaper Plant, Meghalaya. - The educational qualification shall be BE/B.tech(Mech)and Age should be in between 45-50 yrs.
