Roles & Responsibilities : - Mood-boarding and giving direction for the seasons collection - Collaborating with the right partners for different product lines - Finding vendors / freelancers and developing them to produce the required samples - Managing the processes, quality and timelines for the collections - Hiring and developing the team required to execute - Development of future lines as and when required - Merchandising, market research, analysis for buying plans - Streamlining the production process in the beginning Qualifications : - Working Knowledge of PS, Illustrator, CorelDraw and MS.
