Roles & Responsibilities :

- Planning for the season according to the design calendar and given targets

- Managing the work flow on the sampling floor through the sampling coordinator

- Adapting the seasons concepts into the collections according to the brand guidelines

- Efficient handover to production in order to gain excellence in quality and ease for production

- Management of costs per design according to the buying plan guidelines

- Studying the previous seasons in order to make the appropriate product

- Strengthening and developing the processes and ensuring sops for smooth delivery of the product

- Ensuring desirable level of design approval ratio

Key requirements :

- Working Knowledge of PS, Illustrator, CorelDraw and MS. PowerPoint

- Hands on experience with setting up processes

- Excellent knowledge of garment construction and finish

- 5 years of team management experience

- Educational background in Fashion Design and Technology
