Experience in PQE in drafting   2. Negotiating business contracts viz. Project Finance Document, Lender Security Documents, PPA's, EPC's, Service Agreements, NDA's, etc   3. Experience in dealing with General Corporate Commercial matters including M&A.   Professional requirement:   Lawyer   Work Experience Required:  5-7 years  Mandatory:   Should have prior experience in either a law firm or as an in-house lawyer.  Experience/ Exposure(desired) :   1. Knowledge of Transaction Banking Products (Trade, Cash, and Custody).   2. Experience in drafting MRPA- s, Risk Participation Agreements, Custody documents, Facility Offer Documents etc is a must.   3.
