AMINA India is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMINA Bank AG, a FINMA licensed Swiss Bank focused on cryptocurrencies and digital assets. AMINA provides custody, trading, credit and investment products on cryptocurrencies and digital assets to institutional and professional investors. AMINA is Headquartered in Zug, with presence in Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Singapore. AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management and more recently mid/back-office and IT operations.

AMINA India is looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Owner who will work closely within our Trading and Lending product area and work alongside product managers and developers to ensure timely delivery of innovative features and services in line with our roadmap.

In this function you will be responsible for the following:

- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog.

- Translate trading and lending product vision into requirements, partnering closely with product managers and engineering teams from solutioning through to implementation.

- Lead product support for trading, lending, and risk applications, including issue tracking, user and stakeholder communications, and release planning and prioritization.

- Partner with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to research, design and execute upon roadmap.

- Formulate sprint plans and ensure buy-in from all squad members.

- Run key ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives.

- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by the relevant teams.

- Lead the product release plans and provide testing support to ensure features are customer-ready.

- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint and release goals.

- Define and measure key product metrics, analyze product performance data, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience and drive product adoption.

For you to become part of AMINA's journey, we require the following set of experience:

- University Degree (Bachelor or Master's degree).

- Prior experience with front-office trading, lending, and risk management systems from a process and technology perspective.

- 7+ years of product owner or business analyst experience, with a proven track record in the financial services industry.

- Proficiency in Agile methodology, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive results.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working with flat cross-functional teams with little hierarchy and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Knowledge of tools such as productboard, craft.io, monday.com, etc., would be ideal.

- A strong affinity towards digital assets.
