Amigo - Recruitment Lead

We are software startup in the data analytics space. Currently focused on building the core team of product, sales and engineering. As recruitment lead, you will be responsible to help us reach out to candidates, schedule interviews and onboard new employees.

We are bootstrappedbut compensation is not a bar for the right candidate.

We work 5 days a week, have a good work life balance. Our office is based on Gurgaon, and we prefer working from office, though remote working is an option but an exception.

If you have experience with the following, you will be a good fit

1. Understanding job requirements and posting jobs on various job sites

2. Screening and shortlisting resumes

3. Conducting screening interviews and schedule further rounds of interviews.

Even if you don't have any recruitment experience, but have passion for connecting with people and figuring out opportunities which would be good fit for them, have a passion for finding the perfect career path for your colleagues, this role could be for you.

Though this a full time role, but if you would like to experiment and intern with us before you make up your mind, we can give that a shot as well.
