Who are we? :

The founding team members are IITD/IITKGP/IIMA alumni with a collective experience of 20+ years in the Indian tech ecosystem through key leadership roles in companies such as Zomato, Gaana, Matrix Partners India (top-tier VC), eBay, Dell, Schlumberger across international markets. We bring a full-stack business building experience across product, strategy, analytics, marketing and fundraising.

As an Product Analyst, you will:

- Work with customers and help them get started with our product

- Create the initial reports and share with customer

- Support in product design ideation, planning and prioritisation of our products and features

- Work with the engineering team to ship a pixel-perfect implementation of the product

- Identify product defects, suggest fixes and improvements

- Conduct user research through client and prospect conversations with a focus on actional feedback to drive product improvements

- Wear many hats- Dial-up/down on any of the above tracks basis business requirements

- You have an opinion - not a pushover

- You have a keen eye, attention to detail and ability to work with different tools

- You are a great team player and very open to feedback

- You are comfortable gleaning user insights for a B2B software product

- You can articulate and present your ideas to other stakeholders.

- You know the difference between 'good' and 'great' and can work within dynamics that challenge teams, and timelines to deliver world-class solutions

- Knowledge of tools like BI tools, datawarehouses, SQL, Excel will be helpful

We are a SaaS startup building a no-code data integration platform for the modern data stack.

Our product combines data sources from multiple disparate sources and applications, including marketing tech, sales CRM, financial system software and customer support products to build a 360-degree view of the business.
