What is the opportunity?

- We're looking for a marketer who is passionate about demand generation for a B2B software product.


- This is our first full-time hire in a marketing role and we expect the candidate joining to be hands-on in building things ground up as part of an early-stage venture.

- The charter for this role will be steering paid marketing-led traffic through digital marketing campaigns. The number one metric will be qualified leads generated.

- The founding team members are IITD/IITKGP/IIMA alumni with a collective experience of 20+ years in the Indian tech ecosystem through key leadership roles in companies such as Zomato, Gaana, Matrix Partners India (VC), eBay, Dell, Schlumberger.


- They bring a full-stack business building experience across product, strategy, analytics, marketing and fundraising.

- Amigo has 10 full-time employees (2 founders, 7 engineers, 1 content, and several freelancers). Now that we have an initial product and traction, we are looking to scale the team.


- We're adding team members to build our initial go-to-market (GTM) team. As we get traction, we'll rapidly.

Where do I fit in :

- One-line summary: you help bring inbound traffic to our platform by conceptualizing and executing our marketing strategy to get qualified leads across our key customer segments.

- Creating the right positioning & story for a customer segment

- Setting up our digital marketing stack - tools & processes

- Writing pitch-perfect copy, creating marketing templates from our design collateral

- Setting up campaigns on digital channels, monitoring & periodic tracking

- Conducting primary and secondary research to refine our product proposition

Ideal profile :

- Love for technology & products

- Past experience working on marketing systems, tools, workflows

- Superlative communication skills, articulates well (e.g. a good storyteller)

- Converting half-baked ideas to full-fledged customer stories

- Curiosity to know how things work

- Basic designing skills - editing, creating templates from design collateral

- Has an opinion - Not a pushover
