Job Description &amp; Key Responsibility: - The prospect will be responsible for the sales of products in the Enterprise segment in the north region and achieve the assigned sales revenue/targets. - Own the sales cycle right from prospecting clients, introducing Ameyo, positioning, presenting solutions, negotiations till the closure of sales. - To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, pitch according to their specifications. - Developing and implementing new logo acquisition strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets etc. - Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients. - Create, Manager and Drive the New account Acquisition strategy in Enterprise Segment. - Constantly enforce effective use of tools and gaining knowledge for excelling in business - Lead by example, showcase excellence at senior level engagement - Constantly review and ensure the team reflects the highest level of commitment in following the company processes (including reporting via CRM) - Guide the team to evolve practices, implement effective strategies and plans to achieve the desired targets. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts and represent the team / domain business plan to leadership. - Network at CEO/CIO/CXO level in various events and forums to represent the brand and company and act as a catalyst to business affecting increase in business potential. Sales Skills : - Ability to engage and influence a client; Effective in handling technical pre-sales activities. - Past Experience in solution selling to enterprise (CRM, ERP, Contact Centers, Telephony solutions) - Concept selling, software solution sales experience. Soft Skills requisites: - Problem solver: Able to understand complex issues and provide effective solutions - Leader: Able to drive a team of sales managers to deliver results - Networker: Able to build and tap into a pool of established contacts - Result-Driven: Proven ability to consistently achieve targets. Technical Domain expertise - - Should not be averse to understanding Technology. - Should be able to handle large RFPs and response quality. - Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions. - Business Development - Planning activities to achieve established targets. - Effective time and pipeline management to align sales efforts with sales targets. Ownership &amp; Commitment - Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives. - Attention to detail in planning and communication - Preference of Professional background (In either or both of the following)-- B2B Channel Sales (Solutions) - Direct Solution Sales (CRM, ERP, Telephony, Contact Center, Banking etc. - Experience of Selling in the Domestic/ North India Market. Preference of Educational background: - MBA is an advantage. - Bachelor in IT / Computers / EE or related field is an advantage.
