Reports to: GM - Process Excellence & Transformation Job Purpose - Primarily analyze and design business processes in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization. - Perform Data Analytics and present finding to the Management - Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business - Work with the technical resources like Solution Architect and Developers to plan out the technical solution and manage its development, implementation and support. Key Responsibility - Work with operational team members to understand processes, root causes and outcomes. Define &amp; measure process metrics to ensure established goals are met and process improvements are sustained. - Present the performance of KPIs, KRA of various groups and present the finding to the Management - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. - Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods. - Creates Business requirement documents (process models, specifications, diagrams &amp; charts) to provide direction to developers and/or the project team - Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team - Updating, implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures. - Plan, manage, and execute small to medium size process improvement initiatives. - Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members. Candidate Profile desired: - A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field; 2-3 years post MBA. - Complete understanding of working of various Business Function, viz Sales, Support, Product, Accounts, etc. -Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development - Experience in Data Analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI or any data visualization tool. - The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions - Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources. - Excellent communication skills including research, writing, and presentation skills. - Applicable work experience in a consulting, finance / accounting, IT/operations or contact center environment Process Certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent) a plus. - Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
