Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Working hours: Mon till Fri – 9:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Location: DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon

Description:

The business analyst supports the functional/technical delivery of oracle program work streams focused on
delivering customizations in various oracle ERP modules

- Responsible for understanding legacy systems capablity and migrating/interfacing the same with oracle.

- Working with end users to explain the Oracle To Be capablites viz a viz AS is Legacy platfrom capablity

- Responsible for the design, build, test and implementation phases, as well as ensuring adherence to technical standards.

- Ensures the quality of deliverables in terms of supporting requirements analysis and the technical architecture. Works with architecture experts and tech lead to ensure integrations are appropriately prioritized and support the business and it strategic plan.

- Supports the implementation of oracle program by implementing design build and testing activities.

- Works with technology teams and third party vendors to determine optimal fit for integration path.

- Ensures technical design/implementation documentation completed to a high standard.

- Provides/reviews estimates for design, build, test and implementation phases, ensuring quality and accuracy is maintained.

- Engages dependent teams (for example, infrastructure and database management teams).

- Ensures (monitors and addresses) all development activity, and is accountable for ensuring quality and adherence to technical, security and compliance standards.

- Supports the architectural design and documentation.

- Provides hands-on technical expertise/governance on all aspects of implementation.

Qualifications:

- Candidate should preferably be bachelor’s degree holder in engineering or a mca degree holder, 5 + years of
experience in projects of global nature.

- Understand Accounting principle

- Experience in implementing oracle financials systems: GL , SLA, FAH, AP and FA

- Experience in other oracle application like financial accounting hub, profitability manager, hfm, drm will be preferred.

- Prior experience with project management methodologies required.

- Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work well under pressure and in an independent
environment.

- High degree of initiative and self-motivation is a must.

- Familiarity or experience with at least 2 of the following:

- Oracle financials functional and Oracle financial analytics

- Demonstrated ability to drive results.

- Demonstrated ability to influence team members without direct authority.

- Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, plan and control several concurrent initiatives with conflicting needs.

- Ability to influence matrix based project team members and work as a member of a diverse and geographically distributed team.
