Function Description : - The incumbent will be responsible for managing Merchant Accounts & Inquiries -Operations for India Market. The position is accountable to effectively manage the key production and servicing indicators of Core Operations with flawless execution of policies and procedures. Process responsibilities : - Leverage data analytics / insights and Digital Transformation to improve End to End Merchant Experience and Operational metrics - SLAs, CTR, Productivity, efficiency etc. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners across the Network - Ensure strong operational controls are in place and maintained on an ongoing basis - Inventory management in adherence with local market regulation and compliance with management and financial policies - Maximize and encourage - Colleague Engagement- through effective & timely communication while utilizing various leadership development programs to develop talent. - Lead a team of 15 - 20 Customer Care Professionals managing setups of Merchant Accounts, Maintenance & Inquiries for India market - Responsible for delivery of all Colleague, Merchant and Shareholder metrics - Lead, coach and develop Team Members - Understand drivers of Customer experience, and collaborate with Business units like GMNS, Compliance & Governance, Capabilities Teams to develop and execute action plans to improve Customer Service / Merchant Experience - Foster an Environment of Engaged Employees Who Are Consistently Motivated To Go Above And Beyond Expectations And Who Are Committed To Our Customers And Our Brand - Develop A Talent Plan Within the Organization That Focuses on Development And Retention - Manage inventory flow of day-to-day operations to meet all the scorecard metrics - Continually Focus on A Balance Between Customer Experience & Operational Efficiencies, Whilst Creating A Positive Work Environment - Ongoing Coaching and Direction Setting for All Team Members - Partner with Quality and Training Teams To Optimize Effectiveness Of The Team In Delivering On Customer Experience And Best-In-Class Economics - Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities - Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets This role may be subject to additional background verification checks. Qualifications : - Graduate / Post-Graduate With 5+ Years of Work Experience.
