Job Description : - This is middle management role that supports testing teams globally. - The SDL, Reporting, Analytics & Capabilities is a critical role within Governance & Controls organization that is responsible for testing program ensuring adherence to regulatory & procedural expectations. The testing program includes execution of process, CCP and transaction level monitoring and associated analytics. - Reporting, Analytics & Capabilities Center of Excellence builds capabilities as well as subject matter expertise on all reporting requirements for the network. The hired manager will be responsible for leading a matrix group that involves multiple sub-teams for supporting strategic priorities. Qualification : - Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering/Management - Strong technical knowledge on SAS, SQL, Excel, Dash boarding, Tableau, Big Data - Corner Stone - Experience in application of Statistical Techniques. - 5-8 years of experience in Risk management, Data Analytics, Finance or Operations management. - Strong Analytical Skills, ideally with experience in handling a variety of data sets and creating actionable insights to senior leaders and external partner. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Understand basic consumer protection/banking regulations and laws - Ability to operate with a sense of urgency in responding to internal and external needs specific to compliance, privacy, and general regulatory and policy requirements - Positive attitude and flexibility to deal with and drive change Schedule (Full-Time/Part-Time ): Full-time Job type : Permanent Industry Type : Finance The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
